Inhalt der Mitteilung:	Hi, Leute! Ich schreibe Euch aus Rumaenien und ich muss sagen dass der Entschluss die 29 dem Luftwaffendienst zurueck zu ziehen mich einbisschen getroffen hat. Und als waere dass nicht genug steht jetzt fest dass auch die rumaenischen Fulcrums nicht mehr abheben werden: Modernisierung zu teuer, F-16 fuer alle man, etc., etc...Schade, fuer so ein einzigartiges Flugzeug. Es scheint als ob wir alle ab jetzt nur mit den Erinnerungen zurechtkommen muessen... Zum Glueck sterben manche Erinnerungen nie! _______________________________________

Inhalt der Mitteilung:	I am ex RAF and was present in the theatre as 1 of the team when Oberst General Steinhoff had his eyelids grafted by the eminent RAF plastic surgeon AVM Morley. Morley was trained by McIndoe of Guinea Pig Club fame in WW2 and was responsible for pioneering graft work on burned pilots. I was privileged to meet the Oberst General. I later served for 30 years and during that time collected many sqn patches particularly from the Luftwaffe and would love to add the Arm-band for the JG 73 to my collection in memory of an incredible man.
